Clever Shield offers personal data scan and privacy protection services. While we offer free scans to all visitors, access to full features and premium protection requires a paid subscription.

To use Clever Shield, you must:

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Clever Shield offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Billing Details:

• You will be charged through our secure payment processor, NMI, with support for Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• We securely store your payment information in accordance with PCI-compliant standards and encryption protocols.

Renewal Notices:

• For annual subscriptions, we will notify you via email at least 7 days before your renewal date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Clever Shield app. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Your payment method fails and is not updated.

• We detect abuse, fraud, or behavior that threatens the integrity of our platform or community.

• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

• Use the Service for purposes that violate any law or regulation.
